Foundation Underpinning — Where ground movement has caused foundation settlement, underpinning stabilises the building by extending its footings down to stable, load-bearing soil. This stops further movement and restores structural integrity to the building above.
Screw Piling — Screw piles are driven through unstable surface soils into the stable ground beneath, providing a reliable load-bearing foundation that bypasses the problem layer entirely. Particularly effective on sites with sandy, loose, or highly variable soils.
Bored Piers — For situations requiring deep ground support, bored piers are drilled to the necessary depth and filled with reinforced concrete. They transfer the building’s load past the unstable soil layer and into stable ground below.
Micropiling — Where access is restricted or conventional equipment can’t reach, micropiling delivers deep ground support in a compact, precise format. Our purpose-built plant allows us to stabilise ground in tight spaces and difficult conditions that other contractors can’t access.
Soil Investigation & Testing — Before recommending any solution, we can arrange soil testing and geotechnical investigation to properly understand the ground conditions on your site. This ensures the solution we recommend is designed for the actual conditions beneath your property — not a generic assumption.
Embankment & Slope Stabilisation — On larger sites where embankment slippage or slope instability is a concern, we carry out stabilisation work to arrest the movement and prevent further erosion or slippage from damaging structures and infrastructure on the site.
